Ms Teo places discreet incisions behind the ear- typically starting in front of the ear, curving behind it and into the hairline. If required, there may also be a tiny cut beneath the chin. Through these openings she removes or sculpts excess fat, tightens the platysma muscle, and redrapes the skin for a smoother contour. Meticulous, layered closure keeps tension low, promoting fine, well-hidden scars.
